It DOES get discouraging month after month, but it's really good that you found a doctor and you are most definitely moving in the right direction! The HSG IS painful. Be sure to take some Tylenol an hour or so ahead of time, be prepared for discomfort and have a ride home and very little to do the rest of the day.
